Paint Me Maybe Studio – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Paint Me Maybe Studio, we understand that plans can change! Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring our events run smoothly for all participants. Please review the following Refund and Cancellation Policy, which applies to all Paint Night registrations.

1. Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event:
  You may request a full refund or a credit toward a future class of equal value.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event:
  Payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a friend or family member for the same event.

• No-shows:
  Guests who fail to attend or arrive more than 45 minutes late without prior notice forfeit their payment and will not receive a refund or credit.

2. Studio Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the rare event Paint Me Maybe Studio must cancel or reschedule a class (due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances):

• You will be notified as soon as possible by email or phone.

• You will have the option to reschedule, receive full credit, or request a full refund

.

3. Private Parties and Group Bookings

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure private events or group reservations.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before a private event may be rescheduled or credited.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit.

(Deposit requirements and minimum group sizes may vary by event and will be confirmed during booking.)

4. Gift Certificates and Credits

• Gift certificates and credits are non-refundable but may be applied toward any future Paint Me Maybe Studio event.

• Credits must be used within 12 months of issue unless otherwise stated.

5. Weather or

Emergency Policy

If severe weather or an emergency prevents us from hosting an event safely, the event will be rescheduled, and all registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund or credit.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
