1. Event Registration and Payment

• All event registrations must be completed online or in person prior to the event.

• Full payment is required to reserve your seat.

• Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Confirmation emails or digital tickets serve as proof of registration.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

     Customer Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

No-Shows:

• Guests who fail to attend or arrive more than 20 minutes late without notice forfeit their payment.

Studio Cancellations:

• In the rare event Paint Me Maybe Studio must cancel or reschedule, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

3. Arrival and Participation

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled and check in.

• All materials (canvas, paint, brushes, aprons, etc.) are provided unless otherwise stated.

• Paint Me Maybe Studio reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest exhibiting disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

4. Alcohol and Food Policy

• Paint Me Maybe Studio is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) event unless otherwise stated.

• Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older and must drink responsibly.

• The studio reserves the right to deny service or participation to anyone appearing intoxicated or violating local alcohol laws.

• Light snacks are permitted unless the event specifies otherwise.

5. Artwork and Photography

• Guests are welcome to take photos and share them on social media — please tag us at @PaintMeMaybeStudio!

• By registering and attending, you grant Paint Me Maybe Studio permission to use event photos or videos (which may include your likeness) for promotional or marketing purposes, unless you notify the instructor or staff prior to the event that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

• All instructional artwork designs remain the intellectual property of Paint Me Maybe Studio and may not be reproduced or sold for commercial use.

6. Health and Safety

• Guests participate at their own risk. Paint Me Maybe Studio is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to clothing or personal property.

• Non-toxic, washable paints are used whenever possible, but staining may occur. Aprons are provided for your convenience.

• Please notify the instructor of any allergies or accessibility needs before the event.

7. Minors

• Unless otherwise noted, Paint Night events are designed for ages 18+.

• Family or kids’ sessions will be clearly marked and may have separate rules or supervision requirements.

• Parents or guardians must accompany minors at all times during family events.

8. Code of Conduct

Paint Me Maybe Studio is a welcoming, inclusive space. We ask all participants to:

• Treat instructors and fellow guests with respect.

• Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or offensive language.

• Follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Liability Waiver

By registering and participating in a Paint Me Maybe Studio event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating in an art activity that involves paint and art materials.

• Paint Me Maybe Studio and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event.

• You assume full responsibility for any damages you may cause to studio property or equipment.
